Sketches From New Brighton is something like the ninth studio long-player since 1999 from Vancouver’s ambient general and genius of all things soundscape, Loscil (Scott Morgan). As ever it’s cleverly done; just about audible beats creeping along, as the drifting electronic melodies provide the imagery.
